All Orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders or during peak times, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout or shipping calculator. All orders are sent through Australia Post unless otherwise organized by the customer.
Estimated delivery time Within Australia: 3-5 business days Vic, SA, NSW, ACT, 4 – 8 business days QLD, NT & WA
Estimated delivery time to the USA, Canada, NZ, Japan & Asia 5 – 10 Business days
Estimated delivery time to UK & Europe 8 – 15 business days
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
