Order Processing
All orders, including those for our Motorcycle Roller Starters (2.2kW High Torque and 2.5kW High Performance), are processed within 5 business days. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. During high order volumes or peak times, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout or via the shipping calculator.

Within Australia:
– VIC, SA, NSW, ACT: 3-5 business days
– QLD, NT, WA: 4-8 business days
International:
– USA, Canada, NZ, Japan: 5-10 business days
– UK & Europe: 8-15 business days

Tracking Information:
You will receive an email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Bike Starters is not responsible for any customs fees applied to your order.
