Yes, both the 2.2kW and 2.5kW starters are compact, portable, and designed for easy transport and storage.
Each Bike Starter has two rear wheels to assist with moving it around the workshop or wherever you decide to take it.
They come with a battery cradle for added convenience. We recommended removing the battery when not in use.
Yes, the roller starter is designed for easy one-person operation. It is equipped with a footswitch for convenient control during the starting process.
Yes, our roller starters are compatible with slicks, road and knobby tyres, making them versatile for a variety of motorcycles.
There is very little maintenance to do, however, we recommend that you occasionally oil the drive chain and check bolts. Always ensure the battery is properly connected and the bike’s ignition and fuel systems are functional.
To use our Bike Starters make sure the rear wheel is centred on the rollers, put the bike in gear (most people use second gear), clutch in and press the Bike Starter foot switch.
Once the rear wheel is spinning, bounce the bike and release the clutch leaving the throttle closed. Then feather the throttle and the bike should start. Pull in the clutch and take your foot off the starter switch.

Then feather the throttle and the bike should fire. Whip in the clutch and take your foot off the starter switch. There is a bit of technique involved but it’s not hard to master.
